Ricky Rhodes successfully graduates from the Leadership Development Course.

The police department is happy to announce that Acting Sergeant, Ricky Rhodes successfully graduated from the Leadership Development Course presented by On-Base-Learning.  This course is an intensive six-month course designed to prepare patrol level officers for leadership roles as they advance in their careers.  Sergeant Rhodes was one of many law enforcement officers enrolled in the course which began in December 2019 but was suspended due to the current Pandemic.
