The City has prepared an Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) Update following State requirements as defined in the California Water Code (CWC) and presented in the Final Urban Water Management Plan Guidebook 2020 (DWR, April 2021). The City is considered an urban water supplier that is publicly owned and directly provides water to more than 3,000 customers; as such, the City is required to prepare an UWMP.
The 2020 UWMP is a resource for long-term water supply and demand planning for our City. The UWMP was adopted by the Cloverdale City Council on May 26, 2021 and submitted to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) by the legislative deadline of July 1, 2021.
