Historic Property Survey
A Historic Property Survey Report was completed in 2001 for some of the downtown area between Lake Street and Third Street.  Many properties included in the survey have a NHRP status code associated with their individual report. A National Historical Resource (NHRP) status code list is also provided to help understand what the codes mean for the individual properties.

Information for property owners
This manual is provided by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and was created to help homeowners choose sustainable strategies for remodeling or rehabilitating many of the smaller, Victorian-style, wood framed houses built in Northern California during the late 1800's and the early 1900's.
