NOTICE INVITING BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City Engineer of the City of Cloverdale, 124 North Cloverdale Boulevard, Cloverdale, California, until the hour of 2:00 p.m., on the Tuesday February 11th, 2020 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the conference room of the City of Cloverdale, City Hall, 124 North Cloverdale Boulevard, Cloverdale, California, for:
CITY OF CLOVERDALE - Safe Routes to School Phase 2 Project to construct new sidewalks,bicycle lanes, lane striping, curb & gutter and apply new slurry seal on South Cloverdale Blvd.
Complete bid packages, including project plans, technical specifications, bid forms and contract documents ("the bid documents") may be secured at the office of:

at the following non-refundable costs for printed bid documents: Plans, Specifications, Forms and Contract Documents $30 per set. If mailing is desired an additional non-refundable cost of $10 per set will be required. Checks shall be made payable to “City of Cloverdale”. Electronic Bid Documents are available at no cost by contacting the Engineering Department at 707 894-1722 or 707 894-1728. When requesting electronic bid documents, please be prepared to accept a 20MB document file. Bidder is responsible for providing/printing all hardcopy documents necessary to submit a complete bid. Electronic copies of bidder’s packets will not be accepted by the City Engineer and will render the bidder non-responsive.
